FISHERS, Ind. – Effective Dec. 31, 2021, dgs Marketing Engineers has acquired Omega Design Studio, one of central Indiana's premier original web design and programming firms. Founded in 1991 by William Vernon, a veteran of the Eli Lilly intranet development team, Omega Design Studio has built a distinguished track record with clients ranging from multinational corporations to local business, educational and nonprofit organizations.
The acquisition expands dgs' already robust digital service offerings with enhanced capabilities in web hosting, site design, content management systems, custom applications and e‑commerce. The acquisition grows out of a longstanding working relationship. "My staff and I have collaborated with dgs Marketing Engineers on many projects over several decades," William Vernon said. "We respect their work and know that this transition will maximize the value of the assets Omega has built." Vernon will stay on board throughout the ownership transition. Current Omega Design Studio staff members will transition to dgs Marketing Engineers, along with existing client relationships.
