NOVI, Mich. – Pace Industries, a provider of custom die casting, engineering and manufacturing for many industries, has acquired aluminum high-pressure die casting facility Jackson Die Cast from Metal Technologies of Indiana.
The acquisition of JDC, in Jackson, Tenn., adds a strategic location to Pace Industries’ already extensive footprint across the United States and Mexico. The facility offers core competencies in aluminum die cast and trim operations, machining and assembly that fully align with and expand the Pace capabilities portfolio. JDC’s location in the Southeast amplifies Pace’s ability to service and grow their strategic customer base. With Pace’s extensive and diverse customer base, Pace plans to grow the facility rapidly to meet its increasing customer demands, the company said.
