This mill-turn configuration, the QuickTECH i42/i60 Ultimate mill turn from Absolute Machine Tools, has 10 axes, with two turning spindles, two milling spindles (with simultaneous machining) and two B-axes. It has up to 39 total tools, 24 of which can be live tools with B-axis milling capability.
