Additive Manufacturing (AM) is evolving, and the technology is attracting young female engineers across verticals, disciplines and applications, making it possible for everyone to find a place to succeed.

However, only 13% of the industry is comprised of women. That’s according to a 2023 Additive Manufacturing Salary Report published by Alexander Daniels Global. To move the needle, we want to be part of an industry-wide effort to shine a light on women making an impact in AM.

How can you help? Nominate a woman you know who is making an impact in AM. She can be just starting out in the field making waves with innovative ideas or an experienced leader shattering glass ceilings. We’ll feature several nominees in the October 2023 issue of Smart Manufacturing.
