Long-time SME executive succeeds Bob Willig who retires at end of the year

A new generation of future leaders in manufacturing are being recognized as the 2024 “30 Under 30” honorees by SME, the nonprofit committed to advancing the widespread adoption of manufacturing technologies and developing North America’s talent and capabilities.

Bloomsburg, Penn., Sept. 16, 2024 – Since the beginning of the 2022-2023 academic year, the SME Education Foundation has empowered students at Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School (CMAVTS) with cutting-edge training in advanced manufacturing through its SME PRIME® program.

The Montreal Manufacturing Technology Show (MMTS) 2024, Quebec’s premier manufacturing event, concluded successfully, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.
