SME Announces 2025 ‘30 Under 30’ Honorees

This year’s list includes individuals from aerospace, defense, mobility, semiconductors, healthcare, academia and more

(SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Oct. 1, 2025) — A new generation of future leaders in manufacturing are being recognized as the 2025 “30 Under 30” honorees by SME, the nonprofit committed to advancing the widespread adoption of manufacturing technologies and developing North America’s talent and capabilities.

Profiles of the honorees are being published today at AdvancedManufacturing.org, SME’s hub for news and content. A print edition of the profiles will be included in the October issue of Manufacturing Engineering & Technology, SME’s flagship publication.

Honorees were selected based on the impact of their professional work as well as engagement with the manufacturing industry and their communities.

“The individuals we’re honoring this year embody innovation, dedication, and a vision for the future of manufacturing,” said Jake Volcsko, SME’s vice president of integrated media. “Their achievements are already shaping the industry, and their stories offer a glimpse of what’s possible when talent and determination come together.”

Each honoree receives a one-year SME membership, allowing them to connect with manufacturing professionals across the country and expand their professional networks, as well as participate in knowledge-sharing activities.

This year’s 30 Under 30 honorees are:
