Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Six Sigma Green Belts are able to quantify the current state of a process, assess the capability of a measurement system, perform data analysis, and stratify output variables into potential sources of variation. Candidates will learn the strategic framework and discover how to best apply the supporting tools providing short-cycle, high-yield improvements in the business processes within the organization. >More info
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
Six Sigma Black Belts gain an in-depth understanding of the DMAIC process and the tools used to achieve effective process and product improvement, develop leadership skills, and understand how lean principles and design for Six Sigma fit into the overall task of product and process improvement. >More info
Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification
Six Sigma Master Black Belts have the highest level of technical and organizational proficiency in the institution. The key method of teaching these new leaders is to encourage freethinking, individual discovery of strength/weakness, practice to overcome deficiencies, co-leading peers by collaborative efforts, and communication skills. Most importantly, learn to be a role model for Black Belts. The MBB program is aimed at Six Sigma Black Belts with three years of Black Belt experience and three documented projects. >More info
