Two-Day Course
This course provides an introduction to the planning of manufacturing cells, including the physical, procedural, and personnel aspects of cellular manufacturing. It will provide participants with a systematic, step-by-step approach useful on any cell planning project, from simple manual assembly to automated machining and fabrication.
Manufacturing and process engineers, industrial engineers and systems analysts, product supervisors and team leaders, plant and production managers, materials and production planners, cell planning and JIT implementation teams, and program leaders for JIT and TQM.
