This service is FREE to SME members and can be accessed through the SME Online Store. Submit your questions and receive customized research including technical information, literature searches, vendor lists, materials information, difficult-to-find articles and more.

Login to the website or create a web account. Click on ADD TO ORDER and then CHECK OUT. You can also add a membership to your cart and receive the service for free. Then select CONTINUE CHECKOUT. Enter a priority code and credit card information. Click on SUBMIT ORDER. You will then receive an order number and a link to download your "Ask the Librarian" question form. Select DOWNLOAD HERE. Type your question and contact e-mail address inside the form and click SUBMIT.
