2012 Annual Coference Header 

Thank you for agreeing to present at SME Annual Conference. This conference will run concurrently on June 3-5, 2012.

You have an important role in this world-class industry program and we look forward to your participation. We hope that the information provided here will be beneficial to you.

DUE: APRIL 2, 2012 - Speaker Biography Form
If you have not already done so or if you have changes to the biography submitted with your abstract, please complete and return this form which allows the session chair to introduce you appropriately. 

Audio Visual Requirements
An LCD projection unit will be provided, although each speaker is responsible for providing his/her own laptop. We will provide channel switchers with each projector to facilitate connecting speaker laptops and transition between speakers. If you have additional A/V needs, please email us at training@sme.org. Please include the day/time of your presentation in your message. 

DUE MAY 11, 2012 - Author Reprint Form
SME is seeking your permission to print and distribute this paper/presentation in all media formats as needed or requested. One form per presentation is required.

All presentations will be put on the SME website. Please be sure to submit your presentation by the deadline to guarantee inclusion. We have developed a powerpoint template for your use/reference. This template is optional.

 

Registration

As a presenter, SME is pleased to offer you complimentary admission to the full conference, and the free member workshop; your badge will allow access to conference and sessions. No need to register, we will do that for you.  Your badge and credentials will be available for pickup on site at the SME registration desk.
