Important Dates
May 7, 2011   Presentation/or Paper
All presentations for the conference will be available for viewing on a private Website at the conclusion of the event. Please submit your presentation by May 7, 2011 to guarantee inclusion. A PowerPoint template is available for your use. This template is optional except for the General Session speakers who have been sent a specific template to use. General Session Speakers, please refer to the presentation timelines/deadlines sent to you.

Please provide as much information as possible to allow the session chair to introduce you appropriately.

May 7, 2011   Audio Visual Needs
An LCD projection unit will be available for your presentation. You will need to provide your own laptop. Although each speaker is responsible for providing his/her own laptop, we will provide channel switchers with each projector to facilitate connecting speaker laptops and transition between speakers. Registration

As a presenter, SME is pleased to offer you complimentary admission to the full conference. Please register online and be sure to indicate all of your attendance plans for the features listed. Your badge and credentials will be available on site at the SME registration desk.

May 12, 2011   Hotel Accommodations
Make your hotel reservations online or call the hotel directly at 425.462.1231 and mention the SME Annual Conference. A block of rooms has been reserved at the special group rate of $149 per night (single and double), which includes complimentary wired Internet service. This rate will be available until May 12, 2011. After this date, room availability and SME's group rate cannot be guaranteed.
