Supported and guided by industry professionals, all speakers and presentations have been reviewed or recommended by a select group of industry advisors. SME would like to thank the following individuals for their contribution to the development of this conference as well as their dedication to SME.

Jeff Arnold has been an employee of The Boeing Company for over 22 years, working in military aircraft assembly, modification, checkout, and flight test. His areas of expertise are large-scale manufacturing integration and virtual manufacturing.

He is currently a senior engineer on the 737 Airborne Early Warning and Control Program, working with overseas suppliers and Boeing teams to accomplish overseas aircraft modification, test, and delivery.

Arnold grew up in Federal Way, Washington. He received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1988 and a Master of Science in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering Program) from the University of Washington in 2003. In 2005, he became an SME Certified Manufacturing Engineer.

His first active involvement with the SME chapter was in 1998 when he led a tour of the F-22 fighter fuselage and wing assembly facilities at the Boeing Developmental Center in Seattle. Since then, he has held the position of Secretary, Chair-Elect, and Chair with Chapter 039. He currently is the SME Membership Consultant for the chapters in Washington and Oregon.
