Employee Involvement is the foundation of the team-based culture at Boeing Integrated Defense Systems. Leadership creates the environment for peak performance and the teams make it happen. 450 teams are on the journey from formation to high performance. Mr. Nicholson describes the support systems in place include training, assessments, gain sharing, employee recognition and monetary incentive suggestion programs.
