The 2-Finger Adaptive Robot Gripper–200 is a new flexible, fully programmable electric gripper designed for handling various parts to reduce changeover costs. The gripper was designed with feedback from automation engineers challenged with the processing of large irregular parts and high changeover rates in industries including automotive part manufacturing, foundry, metal fabrication and heavy machinery shops. System features a 200-mm programmable stroke to pick various part sizes, and three distinct gripping modes (parallel, encompassing and internal) enabling the handling of different part geometries. The system also offers grip detection, real-time finger position feedback and control of finger speed and force.
