High-Power Green Laser

The Spectra Physics Pulseo 532-44 high-power green Q-switched laser is aimed at high-speed microelectronics manufacturing applications. The system features high average green power offering stability, beam quality, pulse width, and reliability. The new laser is ideal for high-speed, precision cutting and drilling of semiconductors, glass, electronic packages, printed circuit boards, ceramic substrates, and other microelectronics. The Pulseo 532-44 features >44W average 532-nm output power with short 30-ns pulse widths for minimizing undesirable heat damage to the processed material, and <3% pulse-to-pulse stability for highest process reproducibility and yields.
