FABTECH 2012: Coil-Forming Machine

Model 305 CN3-I roll bending machine is well-suited for producing heat exchanger coils for boilers, heaters, solar, geothermal, and other applications. Series 3000 rolling machines have standard 3, 5, and 9-axis CNC controls for plain or variable pitch and diameter coils. Tangent offsets can often be produced without secondary operations on 9-axis units. Ten models from 1/2 to 6” (12.7–152-mm) pipe or 10” (254-mm) tube capacity are available. The 305 CN3-I incorporates an industrial PC, running Windows XP with automatic axis interpolation and programming via arc length, angle, radius or direct input. Flush shafts permit long coil tangent ends. Coil supports manual or CNC interfaced control pitch and diameter to tight tolerances.
