FABTECH 2012: Universal Roll Benders

The three-roll CP-30 Series Universal Bender can handle 1 1/2" (38-mm) capacity in pipe, angle and square tube and is available in seven versions. The CP-30 line is built with heavy steel plate main frames, heavy-duty lateral guides moving bearings, hardened roll shafts journaled with dual roller bearings. The patented Z-Block top journal allows maximum rigidity, truer to plane rolling and lower maintenance. The CP30 has an 18-piece universal roll set in hardened tool steel that rolls most all standard profiles. Lower shafts are motorized with knurled rollers for traction. A high brightness digital readout makes repeat positioning easy. Flush electrical panels, low-voltage controls, overload protection, and horizontal/vertical operation provide enhanced safety and added value.
