 Rapidset adjustable thick-turret cannisters are designed for use with Mate original style and AMX punch press tooling and are compatible with Amada standard, Amada ABS, and Wilson standard tooling styles. Available in A and B-station canisters, Rapidset features non-rotating clamping head with easily adjustable clamping screw for setting punch length, textured Gription canister feature for ease of handling , and pre-loaded, self-contained spring pack that provide consistent stripping pressure, die penetration, and reduced slug-pulling. Extended life punch can triple Euromac XMTE 10 multitools grind life. Hinge tooling, EasyMark, Easy Snap, and Snap Lock are four special application tooling systems that will improve productivity and quality and eliminate secondary operations.
